Rental conditions

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The booking:
We are agents authorized by owners to offer their property for rental. We can accept your booking after you contact us to confirm the property is available for the dates you require. The property will be for the sole use of the clients and the numbered persons in their party detailed on the booking form, any sharing, subletting or over occupation is prohibited. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative and if you reject this we will refund any money to you in full as a final settlement.

2) Payments:
A deposit of 25% has to be paid when booking. This has to be paid in Euros by Bank Transfer or PayPal. In the case of bank transfers you are responsible for any bank charges and in the case of PayPal credit/debit card payment there is a 3,5% service charge. This deposit is non refundable, in the event of any cancellation, you must make sure you have adequate insurance cover.

The final payment should be made by the above methods, six weeks before your arrival here in Spain. If cancellation is within six weeks of travel there is no refund.

With the final payment there is a charge of 100 Euros damage deposit. This is returned to you if the property is left in good condition.

For late bookings full payment must be made immediately or occasionally by arrangement, in cash on arrival.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

3) Security:
All baggage, money and personal possessions remain at all times and in all circumstances at the clients risk. Suitable insurance should be taken out to cover these and adequate insurance should also be taken out to cover cancellation of all booking aspects.

4) Services:
There is no daily housekeeping, linen and one bath and one hand towel per person are included and in some cases (check when booking) there is a mid term linen change. Beach towels are not provided.


We are unable to accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by disturbance of any kind and at any time from neighbouring property, land, persons or animals. Neither can we accept any responsibility for the failure of local services for any length of time e.g. electricity, water supply or electrical/gas equipment or for swimming pools that may need to be drained for repairs or in the case of community pools when they are closed at the end of season. This decision is made by the president of the community and is not fixed, we have no control over this and it should be noted that most pools are available from a date in May until a date in October.

The use of electrical or other equipment in the property is at the client’s discretion and we will not be held responsible for any injury/damage etc. caused by usage. We do however if informed make every effort to see that they are in working order.

We also ask that care be taken especially with young children in properties with swimming pools. Again we cannot be held responsible for any injury/damage caused by usage. No glass objects should be used by the pool e.g. bottles, drinking vessels etc.

Any damages/breakages must be replaced or paid for and we retain the right to charge for these if they have not been replaced or paid for during your occupancy.

In the event of complaints from neighbouring properties regarding the noise levels and general behaviour from your rental party, you will be asked to respect the community rules and if there is no change, we retain the right to remove you from the property.
